Welcome to BabyTick ("the App"). Please read the following terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

BabyTick is an infant care tracking application that helps parents record and monitor their baby's feeding, sleep, diaper changes, growth, and development. The App is available on iOS and Android.

2. Conditions of Use

• You must be at least 18 years old or use the App with parental/guardian consent
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information entered in the App
• The App does not provide medical advice and cannot replace the diagnosis or recommendations of qualified healthcare professionals

3. Free and Pro Versions

3.1 Free Version

The free version of the App includes core care-tracking features. On Android, free users may see advertisements within the App; ad placement and availability may vary by region. The iOS app contains no advertising.

3.2 BabyTick Pro

The App offers auto-renewable subscription services (BabyTick Pro) to unlock premium features:

• Monthly subscription: $4.99/month
• Annual subscription: $39.99/year (includes 7-day free trial where available)

Pro currently unlocks Cloud Sync & Backup and multiple baby profiles, and on Android also removes in-app advertisements. The set of Pro features may differ by platform and may change over time; the App always shows the current feature list before you subscribe.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 iOS (Apple App Store)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged the renewal fee
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• After cancellation, you can continue to use Pro features until the end of the current paid period
• If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will be incurred; any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
• Refund requests must be processed through Apple

4.2 Android (Google Play)

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• After cancellation, you can continue to use Pro features until the end of the current paid period
• If a free trial is offered, canceling during the trial avoids charges; any unused trial period may be forfeited upon purchase
• Refund requests must be processed through Google Play

5. Advertising

On Android, free users may see third-party advertisements within the App, served by advertising partners such as Google AdMob; BabyTick Pro subscribers do not see in-app ads. The iOS app contains no advertising SDK, shows no ads, and does not track you across other apps or websites. For details on how advertising-related data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

• Growth curve data provided by the App is for reference only, based on WHO Child Growth Standards
• The App is not a medical device and cannot be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease
• If you have any concerns about your baby's health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of information in the App

7. Data and Responsibility

• By default, care records are stored locally on your device
• BabyTick Pro subscribers may optionally enable Cloud Sync & Backup, which stores your records with our cloud provider so they can be backed up and synced across your devices. See our Privacy Policy for details on cloud data handling and deletion
• If you do not enable Cloud Sync, you are responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss
• Deleting the App will result in permanent loss of locally stored data, which we cannot recover; if Cloud Sync was enabled, previously synced data can be removed as described in the Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content (including but not limited to design, icons, and code) are protected by copyright law
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
