Boundless Stream ("we", "us", or "our") operates the BabyTick application ("the App"), available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

1. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers:

• Baby's basic information (name, gender, date of birth)
• Feeding records (time, duration, volume)
• Sleep records (start/end time, duration)
• Diaper change records
• Height and weight records
• Temperature records
• Medication records
• Baby photos (stored locally only, never uploaded to any server)
• App preferences and subscription status

You can delete this data at any time by clearing records within the App or uninstalling the App.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect and process data from your device:

2.1 Firebase Analytics (Google)

Used to understand how users interact with the App and to improve the product. Data may include app interactions, diagnostic information, device identifiers, and approximate location (inferred from IP address).

2.2 Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob (or similar advertising partners on future platform releases). AdMob may collect and use data such as advertising ID, app interactions, approximate location, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, ad measurement, and fraud prevention. BabyTick Pro subscribers do not see in-app ads.

2.3 App Store / Google Play Billing

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We receive only subscription status information (whether it is active) to unlock Pro features. We do not have access to your payment details.

3. How We Use Information

• Display your baby's care records and statistics within the App
• Provide features such as growth curve comparisons and Pro subscription features
• Analyze app usage to improve the product (Firebase Analytics)
• Display and measure ads for free users (AdMob)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data collected by Firebase Analytics and AdMob is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. On Android, you can manage ad personalization in Google Ads settings. On iOS, you can limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Data Security

• Local data is stored in a database on your device, protected by your operating system's security features
• Data transmitted to third-party services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)

6. Data Deletion

Local data: Delete records within the App, or uninstall the App to permanently remove all locally stored data.

Data held by third parties (Google Analytics / AdMob): To request deletion of data collected by these services, email us at support@boundlessstream.com with the subject "BabyTick Data Deletion Request". Include your platform (iOS or Android) and any relevant details. We will assist you in submitting the request to the relevant service provider. Google may retain certain aggregated or anonymized data as permitted by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is designed to help parents record infant care information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Baby information recorded in the App is controlled and managed by parents/guardians.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
